The proposed bonus issue is in the ratio of 2:1, meaning shareholders will receive 2 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10 each for every 1 fully paid-up equity share held as of the record date. This issue is subject to approval of the members of the company and the record date will be announced in due course.
