A small-cap Security and Cash Logistics Solutions provider reached an Intraday high of Rs 345, a jump of 13% on Wednesday’s morning session. This came after the company reported a significant jump of around 177% in their Net profits in Q3FY25.
Share Price Movement
The shares of SIS Ltd (Security & Intelligence Services Ltd), were trading at around Rs 332 per share, 9% higher than its previous close of Rs 305 apiece around 12 pm on Wednesday.
Reason for the Rise
The company’s Net profits increased by 176.6% from Rs 36.9 Cr in Q3 FY24 to Rs 102 Cr in Q3FY25. On a quarterly basis, their net profits rose 48.4% from Rs 68.8 Cr in Q2FY25.
Similarly, its Revenues increased by 9.4%, from Rs 3,074 Cr in Q3 FY24 to Rs 3,362 Cr in Q3FY25.On a Quarterly basis, Revenues rose 2.9% from Rs 3,269 in Q2FY25, marking its highest-ever quarterly revenues.
EBITDA grew by 3.6% from Rs 151 Cr in Q3FY24 to Rs 157 Cr in Q3FY25, and on Quarterly EBITDA rose by 8.3% from Rs 145 Cr in Q2FY25 marking its highest ever quarterly EBITDA.
Segmental Revenues & Contribution
The Security Solutions India segment saw an increase of 7.7% YoY from Rs 1,318 Cr in Q3FY24 to Rs 1,420 Cr in Q3FY25, this growth was driven by new wins of around INR 30 cr. of monthly revenue during the quarter with major contributions from the Mining, IT, Government, BFSI, and Manufacturing sectors.
The Security Solutions International segment saw an increase of 11% YoY from Rs 1,245 Cr to Rs 1,383 Cr during the same period, this growth was primarily driven by new wins in the Airport, Defence, Residential and Retail sectors.
The Facility Management Solutions segment saw an increase of 9.7% YoY from Rs 525 Cr to Rs 576 Cr over the same period, this growth was backed by new wins of around INR 17 cr. of monthly revenue during the quarter with major contributions from the Health, Manufacturing, Retail, and Real Estate sectors.
The Cash Logistics segment continues its strong revenue growth with 12.0% growth YoY and 2.9% growth QoQ for the quarter.
Revenue contributions are 42% from Security Solutions India, 17% from Facility Management Solutions, and 41% from Security Solutions International. Geographically, 59% of the revenue comes from India, while 41% is from international markets.
