The stock retraced from its day’s high and was trading at Rs 17 which is 2 percent lower compared to the previous closing price.
What Happened
Jyoti Structures Ltd received a work order from Adani Energy Solutions Limited for building a 765 kV DC Transmission Line 1B of Boisar IIPune III on turnkey basis. This includes Supply of Towers, Survey, Soil Investigation, Foundations, Erection, Stringing, Testing and Commissioning of the project.
Jyoti Structure will receive a consideration of Rs 389.36 crore for the provision of services.The contract is to be executed within 18 months from the date of the Letter of Award.

This was accompanied by an impressive 963 percent YoY increase in net profits from Rs 1 crore to Rs 11 crore. On a quarterly basis, the company saw a 57 percent increase in profits from Rs 7 crore in Q2 FY25.

According to the latest available information, renowned Indian ace investor Ashish Kacholia holds a 2 percent stake in the company which is equivalent to 180 lakh equity shares.
