With a market capitalization of Rs. 5,276.65 crores, the shares ofBanco Products (India) Limited hit a 20 lower circuit of Rs. 368.90 per share on Monday, down from its previous closing price of Rs. 461.10 per share. Over the last six months, the share has given a negative return of 45.72 percent.
Q3 FY25 Result Walkthrough:
Coming into the quarterly results of Banco Products (India) Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 11.99 percent YOY, from Rs. 570.64 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 639.06 crore in Q3 FY25, and dropped by 28.59 percent QoQ from Rs. 894.93 crore in Q2 FY25.
Further, the company’s EBIDT has decreased by 34.57 percent, from Rs. 89.1 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs. 58.3 crore in Q3 FY25.
In Q3 FY25, Banco Products (India) Limited’s consolidated net profit decreased by 54.73 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 30.93 crore compared to Rs. 68.32 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q2 FY25, the net profit has also decreased by 77.70 percent, from Rs. 138.70 crore.
The basic earnings per share dropped by 54.81 percent and stood at Rs 2.16 as against Rs 4.78 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year 2024.
Dividend:
The board of directors of Banco Products (India) Limited has approved the issuing of the interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The dividend will be paid at a rate of 550 percent on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2 each. This amounts to a dividend of Rs. 11 per equity share.
The record date of the dividend shall be 14th February 2025 and payment will be completed on or after 25th February 2025
