Micro-cap chemical stock is in focus after it jumped up to 17% after announcing its Q3FY25 results, with robust growth in its QoQ revenue and net profit.

Share Price Movement

With a market capitalization of ₹908 Cr, the stock of Bhageria Industries opened at 199 up 9% from yesterday’s close, and after opening, it made an intraday high of 214 up 17%.

Q3FY25 Results

The company reported a 52% YoY increase in revenue from 112 Cr in Q3FY24 to ₹170Cr in Q3FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 32% in revenue from 129 Cr in the previous quarter.

Their Net profit saw an upside with a 38% YoY increase from ₹8.23 Cr to ₹11.37 Cr for the same period. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of  78% in net profits from ₹6.38 Cr in the previous quarter.

Segment Analysis

The largest share of the revenue for the company comes from the Chemical segment which accounts for 84% of total revenue then comes the solar power segment which accounts for 4% and the remaining 12% comes from other segments.

  • The board has approved an amount of ₹140 Cr towards fund infusion in “Rahuri Cleantech Private Limited” the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company for solar photovoltaic power generating stations of an aggregate capacity of 32 MW(AC) under the Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0

Potential Recovery in the Chemical Industry

The chemical industry has been underperforming the market benchmarks for the past three years due to inconsistent global & domestic demand, and profit margin pressure because of high raw material prices.

However, there is significant potential for recovery driven by factors such as the China+1 strategy, government policies like PLI, fall in raw material prices, capacity expansions, and new product launches.

Products are being exported to Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, Germany, the U.S.A. & other European and African countries.
