Aether Industries Limited specializes in the production of specialty chemicals and advanced materials, serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, electronics, and energy, has announced their Q3FY25 results.

Its revenue from operations grew by 41.4 percent YoY from Rs. 155.36 Crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 219.68 Crores in Q3FY25 and it grew by 10.5 percent QoQ from Rs. 198.80 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 219.68  Crores in Q3FY25.

Its Net Profit rose by 148.9 percent YoY from Rs. 17.43 Crores in Q3FY24 to  Rs. 43.39 Crores in Q3FY25 and it rose by 24.6 percent QoQ from Rs. 34.8 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 43.39 Crores in Q3FY25.

The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 3.27, compared to Rs. 2.63 in the previous quarter and Rs. 1.32 in the same quarter last year.

Revenue by Business Model

Large Scale Manufacturing segment revenue rose by 9.8 percent YoY from  Rs. 99.1 Crores in Q3FY24 to  Rs. 108.9 Crores in Q3FY25 and it declined by 2.9 percent QoQ from Rs. 112.0 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 108.7 Crores in Q3FY25.

Contract Manufacturing segment revenue rose by 145 percent YoY from  Rs. 34.0 Crores in Q3FY24 to  Rs. 83.3 Crores in Q3FY25 and it rose by 48.5 percent QoQ from Rs. 56.1 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 83.3 Crores in Q3FY25.

Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) segment revenue rose by 19.8 percent YoY from Rs.20.9 Crores in Q3FY24 to  Rs. 25.1 Crores in Q3FY25 and it declined by 9.05 percent QoQ from Rs. 27.6 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 25.1 Crores in Q3FY25.

Other segment revenue rose by 94.5 percent YoY from  Rs.1.3 Crores in Q3FY24 to  Rs. 2.6 Crores in Q3FY25 and it declined by 16.12 percent QoQ from Rs. 3.1 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 2.6 Crores in Q3FY25.

Aether’s Business Segments

In Q3 FY25, Aether Industries’ revenue was mainly driven by the Pharma segment (47.5 percent) and Agro (11.2 percent). Other key segments included Material Science (9.8 percent), Multiple (12.2 percent), and Coatings (4.1 percent). Oil & Gas contributed (4.3 percent), High Performance Photography (7.6 percent), Food Additives (2.2 percent), and Sustainability & Renewables (1.0 percent)
