Chemical stock which is the leading manufacturer of bromine and lithium-based specialty chemicals jumped upto 9 percent in the day’s trade following Q3FY25 results with a 844 percent jump in Net Profits. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 5,476 Crores, the shares of Neogen Chemicals Limited were trading at Rs. 2,076 per equity share, up 5 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,985. 

Q3 FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 23 percent YoY from Rs. 164.44 Crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 201.43 Crores in Q3FY25 and it grew by 5 percent QoQ from Rs. 193.36 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 201.43 Crores in Q3FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 844 percent YoY from Rs. 1.06 Crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 10.01 Crores in Q3FY25 and it declined by 7 percent QoQ from Rs. 10.96 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 10.01 Crores in Q3FY25. 

Its Net Profit Margin increased from 0.63 percent in Q3FY24 to 4.94 percent in Q3FY25, while the EPS doubled from Rs. 0.41 to Rs. 3.80 per equity share.
