In Thursday’s trading session, Black Box‘s share price was down by 0.32 percent to the day’s high of Rs. 509.95 from the previous close of Rs. 495.70 per share. In the past year, the stock has given around 85 percent returns and outperformed the Nifty Index.
FY25, FY26 Guidance & Outlook
In the recent transcript, The company has revised its FY25 revenue guidance from Rs. 6,600 to 6,900 crore to Rs. 5,925 to 6,000 crore due to delays and the decision to exit lower-value customers. They expect FY26 revenue to be around Rs. 6,750 to 7,000 crore. For FY25, it has projected EBITDA at Rs. 525 to 535 crore which relates to 8.9 percent, and FY26 EBITDA is expected at Rs. 605 to 645 crore, while maintaining a 9 to 9.2 percent margin.
Higher-than-expected exceptional items have led to a revision in FY25 PAT guidance to Rs. 205 to 210 crore. They anticipate FY26 PAT to grow by 30 to 40 percent to Rs. 265 to 285 crore and margin expansion.
From Q2FY26 onwards, the company expects double-digit revenue growth, driven by an expanding order book and a strong win rate. Black Box aims to capture a 1.5 to 2 percent market share while targeting $2 billion in revenue by FY29, including inorganic growth. Organic revenue is projected at $1.4 to 1.5 billion, with double-digit growth expected in FY26 and a potential 20 percent growth in future years.
Financials
In its latest filing for the quarter ending December 2024, the company reported a 9.24 percent decline in revenue, reaching Rs.1,502 crore compared to Rs.1,655 crore in Q3FY24. During the same period, net profit increased by 36.58 percent to Rs.56 crore in Q3FY25, compared to Rs.41 crore in Q3FY24.
Order Book
The company has an order book of around $465 million with $170 Mn from Managing services, $134 Mn from Maintenance contracts, $141 Mn from projects, and the remaining $20 Mn from Products as of the December 2024 quarter.
