During Friday’s trading session, the share price of Apollo Micro Systems Ltd reached an intra-day high to Rs.103.77 per share on Friday, a significant 5.3 rise from its previous close of Rs.98.47 per share. Over the past five years, the share has delivered returns of over 1,350 percent.
What Happened
Such a bullish movement in the stock price was an outcome of an increase in revenue and net profits of the company in the recent quarter. According to its recent filing, in the quarter ending September 2024, Apollo Micro Systems Ltd reported a 85 percent increase in revenue to Rs.161 crore compared to Rs.87 crore in Q2 FY24.
Furthermore, on a quarter-over-quarter basis, the company saw an increase of 77 percent from Rs.91 crore in Q1 FY25.
In the same period, the company has reported a significant increase in net profit of 140 percent to Rs.15.8 crore in Q2 FY25, up from Rs.6.6 crore Q1 FY25 and 88 percent from Rs.8.4 crores in Q1 FY2025.
In terms of return ratios, return on capital employed (ROCE) is currently at 12.6 percent, while return on equity (ROE) is at 7.52 percent. The company has a strong current ratio of 1.98 and a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.41.

Avionic Systems offers on-board and ground support equipment for avionics. Aerospace Systems focuses on electronic weapon systems for missiles. Naval Systems provides weapon electronics and ground support for torpedoes and ships.
Satellite Space Systems includes payload checkout and earth station acquisition systems. Homeland Security covers integrated surveillance, perimeter security, anti-drone systems, and ADS-B systems.
