She reduced her stake to 1.4% in the December quarter of 2022 and to 1.3% in the March quarter of 2023. Currently, she holds a 1.3% stake or 7,47,793 shares in the company and her holdings are worth ₹ 19.3 crores.
Chennai Petroleum Corporation Ltd.
The company is engaged in the business of refining crude oil to produce and supply various petroleum products and manufacture and sale of lubricating oil additives. It is a small-cap company with a market capitalization of ₹ 3,686 crores and its shares were trading at ₹ 249 levels on Monday.

She reduced her stake to 1.6% in the December quarter of 2022 and to 1.4% in the March quarter of 2023. Rama Phosphates Ltd.
The company is engaged in the manufacturing of phosphatic fertilisers, as well as sulphuric acid and its derivatives. In addition, it has a soya oil division for the extraction of soya oil. Rama Phosphates is a small-cap company with a market capitalization of ₹ 408 crores and its shares were trading at ₹ 230 levels on Monday.
Dolly Khanna used to hold a 1.7% stake in the company in the quarter that ended on September 30, 2022. She reduced her stake to 1.5% in the December quarter of 2022. Her shareholding in the company reduced to below 1% in the March quarter, therefore her name is missing from the list of shareholders. Companies have to disclose the names of those shareholders who hold more than a 1% stake in them.
