Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd has a market capitalization of Rs 368.82 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 152.50 per share, decreasing around 1.54 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 155.40 apiece.
Reason for rise:-
According to the exchange filing, Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd secured an export order for the supply of Drone components for heavy payload logistic drones from M/s MB Darvilis, Lithuania which is valued at USD 2,40,000.
Moreover, this export order will greatly reinforce the company’s reputation as a dependable provider of high-tech drone components, adding to its credibility in worldwide markets. The successful execution of this contract is expected to create new chances for future cooperation and increase DroneAcharya’s export portfolio. Furthermore, the income collected will benefit the company’s expansion and innovation activities.

Financial performance:-
Looking forward the company’s financial condition, revenue ramped up by 88 percent from Rs 18.57 crore in FY22-23 to Rs 34.96 crore in FY23-24, during the same time frame net profit zoomed significantly by 77 percent from Rs 3.43 crore to Rs 6.08 crore.
Recent order win:-
Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd secured a service order from IIT Ropar to train 150 individuals in drone piloting under the Punjab Skill Development Mission. This initiative is part of an MoU between IIT Ropar and the Punjab government’s C-PYTE for youth training and employment.
Ratio analysis:-
The company’s critical ratios show that the return on equity zoomed from 5.18 percent in FY22-23 to 8.52 percent in FY23-24, while the return on capital employed magnified from 7.02 percent to 11.65 percent. The net profit margin (NPM) for fiscal year 23-24 is 17.56 percent.
