In the day’s trade, On November 24, 2023, the shares of Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Limited closed at Rs. 177.95, up 1.51 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 175.30 and its market capitalization is Rs. 425 Crores. 

Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Limited has announced entry into defence and space technologies and its management expects a 50 to 70 percent Compound Annual Growth Rate with 20 to 25 percent growth in Profit after tax in the next 3 years. 

The company’s key drivers in H1FY23-24 are the foray into space technology(Cubesats), the commercial launch of its new drone product line, the launch of drones for armed forces, the launch of a range of reusable rocket launch vehicles. 

In the time frame from H1FY22-23 to H1FY23-24, Its revenue from operations grew 998 percent YoY from Rs. 1.90 Crore to Rs. 20.88 Crores, its EBITDA grew 1871.68 percent YoY from Rs. 0.29 Crore to Rs. 5.85 Crore and its Profit after tax grew 164.72 percent YoY from Rs. 0.06 Crore to Rs. 0.18 Crore. 

In addition to this, it has started operations in 5 different countries and has won various work orders and partnerships for its drones, drone-related solutions, and other services, that are going to help it scale up and expand its business operations. 

The company’s revenue grew 417.27 percent from Rs. 3.59 Crores in FY22 to Rs. 18.57 Crores in FY23, accompanied by increasing profits of Rs. 0.41 Crore to Rs. 3.43 Crore. 

It has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 8.51 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 11.52 percent, it is making good returns on its equity and capital employed, as its profitability ratios are increasing year on year. 

According to the latest shareholding data available for the September 2023 quarter, the company’s Promoters hold 28.21 percent stake, the Domestic Institutional Investors hold 0.00 percent and the Foreign Institutional Investors (FII) hold 1.31 percent. 

Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Limited is into providing a high-end ecosystem of Drone solutions for multi-sensor Drone surveys, data processing of Drone data using robust high-configuration workstations, Drone pilot training, and specialized GIS training.
