On Monday the share price of the company rose by 5.7% to its intraday high of ₹1,797.20 per share from its previous close of ₹1,699.20 after the company announced its financial result for the December month.
In the exchange filing, Olectra Greentech Ltd has announced its financial result of the December third quarter.
Looking at their financials, the company’s net revenue has increased 33% YoY from ₹256 crores to ₹342 crores, and on a QoQ basis it increased by 11% from 307 crores.
The net profit of the company rose by 80% YoY from ₹15 crores to ₹27 crores, and on a QoQ basis, it rose by 42% from ₹19 crores.
According to the November investor presentation, the company has 8,209 orders. In addition, as part of their future road map, the company has acquired 150 acres of land from Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited.
The company proposes to establish a greenfield electric vehicle manufacturing plant on 150 acres of land. The company intends to manufacture electric buses and other EV products at the new plant. The company began selling E-Tipper in Q4FY23.
The new plant will result in an increased capacity of 5,000 electric vehicles per year, which can be scaled up to 10,000 electric vehicles per year, as well as an entry into the private staff transport segment and the establishment of TARMAC buses at airports.
Olectra Greentech Ltd is a small-cap company with a market capitalization of ₹14,000 crores, the share price of the company rose by 48% in the last six months and 268% in the last year.
