Gujarat Ambuja Exports, the company that is currently the largest maize processing company in India is engaged in manufacturing and processing agri products such as corn scratch derivatives, soya derivatives, feed ingredients, cotton yarn, and edible oils. GAEL has been striving to serve food, feed, and many other industrial agriculture products with a long-term growth strategy in the AGRO-Processing sector since its incorporation in 1991.

On 26th March the company successfully commenced commercial production at its Greenfield 1200 TPD Maize Processing Unit located in Sitarganj, Uttarakhand the Sitarganj facility now stands as the largest Maize Processing Unit in India with the Company’s consolidated installed maize processing capacity has now increased to 5200 TPD.

Recent quarter results and ratio:

Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd’s revenue has decreased from Rs. 1,383.78 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs.1,139.87 crore in Q3 FY25, which has dropped by 17.6  percent. The net profit has decreased by  29 percent from Rs. 100.66 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs.71.39 crore in Q3 FY25. Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of +5.2 percent and +18.8 percent, respectively, over the last five years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE should be 14.76 percent and 11.67 percent, respectively. Gujarat Ambuja Exports Ltd has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 6.73, and  PE ratio of 15.34 when compared to the industry PE of 21.78 and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.06x.
