The shares of the power transmission company hit 5 percent upper circuit of Rs 378.10 apiece after the company received two work orders worth Rs 19 crore from domestic clients.
With a market capitalization of Rs 414.40 crore, the shares of Kay Cee Energy & Infra Ltd were trading at Rs 378.10 per share, increasing around 5 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 360.10 apiece.
Reason for rise:-
Today the company shares have seen positive movement after Kay Cee Energy & Infra Ltd received two work orders worth Rs 19 crore from domestic clients. The first order received from Palakkad division-Engineering, Railway Divisional Office, Engineering Branch, Palakkad, Kerala for the contract for Palghat Division worth Rs 4 crore.
Moreover, the last order was received from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd for the construction of the Transmission line on double circuit towers, including a detailed route survey, laying and installation of cable along with associated accessories/items, and civil works.

Looking into Kay Cee Energy & Infra Ltd, the company’s revenue increased by 67 percent, from Rs 24.13 crore in H1FY24 to Rs 40.34 crore in H2FY24. During the same period, net profit grew by 34 percent, from Rs 2.79 crore to Rs 3.76 crore.
