What Happened
Sponsors BSREP India Office Holdings Pte Ltd sold 1.57 crore units of the REIT at an average price of Rs 283 per share, valuing ~ Rs 444 crore while BSREP India Office Holdings IV Pte Ltd sold 1.54 crore units at an average price of Rs 283.04 per share, totalling ~Rs 435 crore.
Meanwhile, 360 ONE Portfolio Managers and 360 ONE Prime purchased 1.18 crore shares at an average price of Rs 283 apiece, totalling ~Rs 334 crore.
