The shares of the mid-cap company gained 6 percent after the company received a new work order worth Rs 1,100 crores for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects.
With a market capitalization of Rs 23,328.20 crore, the shares of KEC International Ltd were trading in green at Rs 907.40 per share, increasing around 2.21 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 887.35 apiece.

The shares of the company have seen bullish movement after KEC International Ltd secured new orders of Rs 1,100 crore for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects from various Countries.

Financial conditions:-
Looking into the company’s financial condition, revenue jumped by 11 percent from Rs 5,525 crore in Q4FY23 to Rs 6,165 in Q4FY24, however during the same period of time, net profit magnified by 111 percent from Rs 72 crore to Rs 152 crore.
Order book & diversification:-
With this above order, the company’s YTD order intake has exceeded Rs 6,000 crore, a staggering growth of over 80% vis-à-vis last year. The company is currently executing infrastructure projects in more than 30 countries and has a footprint in over 110 countries.
KEC International Ltd has strong future growth with an impressive order book of Rs 38,000 crore of which Rs 22,500 crore is from the T&D business, Rs 10,500 crore is from Civil, Rs 3,400 crore is from railways, Rs 550 crore is from Oil & Gas pipelines, Rs 500 crore is from Renewables and Rs 700 from other business.
