IT stock providing Business Process Management (BPM) like Customer Acquisition services, customer services, IT Infrastructure management services, and Data Management services hit a 5 percent upper circuit in the day’s trade following expansion into Digital Marketing, Data Centres, and Cyber Security. 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 217 Crores, the shares of Enser Communications Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 250.75 per equity share, from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 238.85. It has delivered a multibagger return of 246 percent in a year. 

What Happened 

Enser Communications Limited has announced expansion into Digital Marketing, Data Centres, and Cyber Security, poised to elevate Enser to a new echelon of innovation and operational excellence, seamlessly integrating these new ventures with its existing capabilities.

The management will now focus on finalizing formalities, securing approvals, establishing key partnerships, and preparing for the launch. The Business operations are expected to commence in a phased manner once all statutory clearances are obtained and preparations are complete. 

Data Centers 

It will forge strategic partnerships, collaborate with industry leaders, and utilize its domain expertise to construct cutting-edge data centers, This strategy will support the creation, development, operation, and maintenance of top-tier infrastructure for data management, security, and cloud networking on an asset-light model. As a starting point, it is going to launch a pilot project featuring the sale of third-party data center products. 

Digital Marketing 

Coming to Digital Marketing, Enser is preparing to unveil a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, including advanced SEO, social media marketing (SMM), AI-driven solutions, and cutting-edge virtual and augmented reality experiences. This expansion will enhance its capability to deliver sophisticated, data-driven marketing strategies that drive engagement and foster growth.

Cyber Security 

Lastly, Enser’s new focus on cyber security will encompass a wide range of services, including data theft prevention, endpoint protection, cyber security audits, and compliance management. This initiative aims to strengthen businesses against evolving threats and protect vital digital assets

Its Revenue from operations grew by 81 percent from Rs. 25.41 Crores in FY23 to Rs. 46.08 Crores in FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 1.6 Crores to Rs. 5.27 Crores. 

In terms of Return ratios, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 20.38 percent, and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 27.57 percent. It has reported a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.26.
