According to the company’s stock exchange filings, the firm received a material order worth Rs 5.20 crores from a domestic entity named Bokaro Power Supply Company Ltd to repair their TG 2 55 MW, 11.5 KV, 3000 RPM, hydrogen-cooled generator.
The exchange filings also mention that the time period for which the order needs to be executed is 6 months and the nature of the order is supply and works.
Reviewing the financials of Evan Electrics from a YoY basis, the revenue from operations has gone up by 20.6 percent from Rs 19.13 crores in FY22-23 to Rs 20.67 crores in FY23-24. While the net profits of the firm increased by 38.5 percent from Rs. 3.66 crores in FY22-23 to Rs 5.07 crores in FY23-24.
In terms of return ratios for the year 2024, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 26.00 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE ) of 34.01 percent. It has also reported a net profit margin of 24.53 percent for the same time period.
