The shares of the special consumer services provider gained up to 9 percent after the company entered into an agreement to provide wet cleaning, washing, and dry-cleaning services. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 29.48 crore, the shares of LE Lavoir Ltd were trading at Rs 91.00 per share, increasing around 0.33 percent as compared to the previous closing of Rs 90.70 apiece. 

According to the company filing, LE Lavoir Ltd has entered into an agreement with Associated Hospitality Private Limited (AHPL) for providing wet cleaning, washing, and dry-cleaning services to Fairfield by Marriott, Mumbai International Airport (Marriott) for a period of 2 years from the date of entrance into an agreement. 

Furthermore, the organization intends to reach out to numerous institutions and penetrate the retail market segment to meet customer demands. The firm wants to establish several more laundry units in addition to its Mumbai facility in the coming years, with the goal of increasing its reach across India. 

Looking into the company’s financial, LE Lavoir Ltd’s revenue decreased by 37 percent from Rs 0.72 crore in Q3FY23 to 0.45 Crore in Q3FY24. During the same period, net profits decreased by 6 percent from Rs 0.30 crore to Rs 0.28 crore. 

Over the previous six months, it has returned 4.41 percent, with a multi-bagger return of 105.72 percent in a year. A shareholder’s investment of Rs. 1 lakh in the firm will be Rs. 2.05 lakh in a year. 

The company’s profitability measures show a rise in return on equity (RoE) from 6.98 percent in FY 21-22 to 11.52 percent in FY 22-23, while, during the same period return on capital employed (RoCE) grew from 8.27 percent to 13.25 percent. 

According to the most recent ownership pattern, Promoters own 3.76 percent of the shares, with Retail Investors owning the remaining 96.25 percent.
