Ace investor Dolly Khanna is well known for her picks that tend to outperform the market. It appeared like she was on a selling spree during the previous quarter, however, she increased her stake in many stocks during the fourth quarter of FY2023-24. 

Here are three stocks in which she has increased her stake: 

Zuari Industries Ltd 

Zuari Industries Ltd specializes in engineering, furniture, real estate, sugar, power, investment services, ethanol plants, and management services. Technology, basic engineering, detailed engineering, project management, procurement, and construction services are all part of the engineering and contracting industry. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 1,052.91 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 353.55 per share, decreasing around 1 percent as compared to the previous closing price. 

Dolly Khanna holds 543,732 shares or a 1.83% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern of the company for Q4FY24. However, she held 365,477 shares or a 1.23% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern Q3FY23. This shows that she has increased her stake in the company by 0.6% 

The stock has given multi-bagger delivered returns of 148.28 percent in the last six months and 178.49 percent in a year. A shareholder’s investment of Rs. 1 lakh in the company would be worth Rs. 2.85 lakh in a year. 

The company’s revenue stood at Rs 116 crore in Q3FY24, during the same time frame, net profit stood at Rs 728 crore. 

J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd 

J Kumar Infraprojects Limited specializes in the execution of contracts for different infrastructure projects such as transportation engineering, irrigation projects, civil construction, and piling work. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 4,950.79 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 641.60 per share, increasing around 1.86 percent as compared to the previous closing price. 

Dolly Khanna holds 800,303 shares or a 1.06% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern of the company for Q4FY24. However, she held 758,303 shares or a 1.00% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern Q3FY23. This shows that she has increased her stake in the company by 0.1% 

The stock has delivered returns of 60.30 percent in the last six months and a multi-bagger return of 140.51 percent in a year. A shareholder’s investment of Rs. 1 lakh in the company would be worth Rs. 2.36 lakh in a year. 

The company’s revenue stood at Rs 1,219 crore in Q3FY24, during the same time frame, net profit stood at Rs 83 crore. 

Savera Industries Ltd 

Savera Industries Limited owns and operates hotels. The company runs the Savera Hotel. The Savera Hotel has over 230 rooms, eight food and beverage outlets, conference spaces, and a variety of recreational activities. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 150.05 crore, the shares were trading at Rs 125.80 per share, decreasing around 0.44 percent as compared to the previous closing price. 

Dolly Khanna holds 154,625 shares or a 1.30% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern of the company for Q4FY24. However, she held 144,828 shares or a 1.21% stake in the company as per the shareholding pattern Q3FY23. This shows that she has increased her stake in the company by 0.1% 

The stock has delivered returns of 57.65 percent in the last six months and a multi-bagger return of 111.15 percent in a year. A shareholder’s investment of Rs. 1 lakh in the company would be worth Rs. 2.07 lakh in a year. 

The company’s revenue stood at Rs 17.47 crore in Q3FY24, during the same time frame, net profit stood at Rs 2.70 crore.
