This stock is included in the S&P BSE Smallcap index with a market cap of Rs. 1,273 crore. The stock price is at Rs. 1031.10, versus Rs. 1,005.15 at closing on Wednesday.

The stock is 11% away from its 52 week high, currently trading 4% and 60% above its 20 day and 200 day moving averages respectively. The stock is seeing volumes that are 1.3x yesterday’s and the weekly average volumes. 

Earlier Talbros Automotive Components Ltd  (‘Talbros”) had announced a split of its equity shares – such that one equity share having face value of Rs. 10 each fully paid up, be subdivided or split into five equity shares having face value of Rs. 2 each fully paid- up, ranking pari-passu with each other in all respects with effect from the Record Date. The record date at the time was yet to be announced which was announced on Wednesday, late market hours.

In a a filing dated 27th September 2023, Talbros said that in a meeting held on 25th September 2023, the Board of Directors fixed Friday, 27th October, 2023 as the “Record Date” for determining entitlement of Equity Shareholders for the purpose of Sub-division/Split of existing Equity Shares of the Company in regards to the aforementioned split ratio. 

Talbros is also held 1.5% by Dolly Khanna and is a multibagger in the last 1 year period with returns at 135%, on track to be multibagger with YTD returns at 81%. Meaning, if you invested Rs. 1 lakh into Talbros a year ago, it would now be worth Rs. 2.35 lakh! The company is also backed by strong financials – Piotroski F score of 8 out of a maximum of 9 and Revenue and Net Profits’ 3 year CAGR at 20% and 66% respectively.
