Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise which is one of the largest realty CPSEs in India with operations in project management consultancy and development in focus upon receiving work orders worth Rs. 400 Crores from the Supreme Court. 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 24,000 Crores, the shares of NBCC (India) Limited were trading at Rs. 134.15, down 1.25 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 135.85. 

NBCC (India) Limited in the normal course of business, has received a work order worth Rs. 400 Crores from the Supreme Court of India for the development of Amrapali Vananchal City in the Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, and Amrapali Cosmos in Aluva, Ernakulam district of Kerala. 

NBCC (India) Limited is a Navratna central public sector enterprise, it is one of the largest realty CPSEs in India with operations in project management consultancy and realty development businesses in the domestic as well as foreign markets. 

As of Q2FY24, it has a consolidated order book of ~Rs. 55,300 Crores and it generates 92 percent of its revenue from Project Management Consultancy, 6 percent from Engineering procurement and construction, and 2 percent from real estate. 

It has a strong business clientele base, consisting of its well-known clients like SJVN, BHEL, NTPC, IIT, IIM, the Republic of Mauritius, the Republic of Maldives, and many More. 

Some of the prestigious projects completed or in progress are the World Trade Center, Bharat Mandapam in which the G20 summit was hosted, Garvi Gujarat Sadan, AIIMS Bilaspur, and many more. 

Its revenue from operations grew by 20.92 percent from Rs. 1,587 Crores in Q3FY23 to Rs. 1,919 Crores in Q3FY24, accompanied by increasing profits of Rs. 49 Crores to Rs. 94 Crores.
