Atlantaa Limited has been selected as the Developer to redevelop the plot and premises of Highway Milton Co-operative Housing Society Limited. The project will be developed on land measuring approximately 4,496 square meters situated at Western Express Highway Borivali (east), Mumbai 400066, with the potential of 1,61,187 square feet of carpet area.
Atlantaa Limited is primarily engaged in the business of infrastructure development by providing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services. It is also involved in real estate development and related activities. Some of the projects completed by the company are Shrikant Chambers, Olympic Lifestyles, Atlanta Enclave and ABT Apartments.
It also operates on a public-private partnership (PPP), including the PPP model on build, operate, and transfer (BOT) and design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) basis. Its infrastructure development activities include inter-alia, and construction of roads, highways, bridges, and runways.
Its revenue from operations declined by 37.81 percent from Rs. 23.43 Crores in Q3FY23 to Rs. 14.57 Crores in Q3FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 5.70 Crores to Rs. 2.40 Crores.
