Moreover, the Company’s Gross Power Generation climbed to 7,553.62 MU, 0.38% higher than the first quarter of FY 2023-24, which was 6,843.09 MU. This comprises 546.63 MU of renewable power generation compared to 539.28 MU in the first quarter of FY 2023-24.

Looking into the company’s finances, NLC India Ltd’s revenue decreased by 31 percent from Rs 5,134 crore in Q4FY23 to 3,541 crore in Q4FY24. During the same period, net profits decreased by 86 percent from a loss of Rs 837 crore to a profit of Rs 114 crore.

NLC India’s total power generation capacity for FY24 is 11,100 MW, including 1,421 MW from renewable sources (1,370 MW solar and 51 MW wind). This includes contributions from joint venture projects.
