In the December quarter, the company’s net revenue fell by 52% YoY from ₹89.33 crores in Q3FY23 to ₹42.45 crores in Q3FY24, and in QoQ, their net revenue increased by 70% from ₹24.94 crores Q2FY24.
The net profit of their company fell by 570% from a net profit of ₹2.07 in Q3FY23 to a net loss of ₹9.73 crores Q3FY24 on a quarterly basis their net loss was reduced by 30% from a net loss of ₹13.94 crores in Q2FY24.
According to its investor presentation, the company is one of the largest developers in MMR the largest & fastest-growing market, Acquired more than 50 mn sq ft, and has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹29,650 crores.
