As per nse bulk deal, on tuesday Foreign institutional Investor Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund Bought 9,40,000 equity shares in Signatureglobal India Ltd at the price of Rs 726.40. After Anchor investor Astorne Capital Vcc Arven sold 11,07,357 equity share at the price of Rs. 725.01 per share.
The company has reported its net revenue declined 20 percent year on year from Rs 1,236 crores in Q2FY23 to Rs 985 crores in Q2FY24. In addition, the company have reduced their net loss 66 percent year on year, from loss of Rs 592.53 crores in Q2FY23 to a loss of Rs 199.29 crores in Q2FY24.
The company’s promoters hold a 69 percent stake in the company, with 5 percent owned by foreign institutional investors, 19 percent owned by the general public, and 5 percent owned by domestic institutional investors.
