Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,057 Crores, the shares of Mindteck (India) Limited were trading at Rs. 415.90 per equity share, down 1 percent from its previous day’s close price at Rs. 420.45. 

Q1FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 15 percent YoY from Rs. 93.41 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 108.15 Crores in Q1FY25 and it grew by 10 percent QoQ from Rs. 97.9 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 108.15 Crores in Q1FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 2.4 percent YoY from Rs. 62.3 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 63.8 Crores in Q1FY25 and declined by 1.5 percent QoQ from Rs. 64.8 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 63.8 Crores in Q1FY25. Its Net Profit Margin decreased from 6.55 percent in Q1FY24 to 5.79 percent in Q1FY25.

In Addition, the Board of Directors of Mindteck (India) Limited has considered and recommended the issuance of bonus equity shares of the company to the equity shareholders as on the Record date in the ratio of 1:4, where one equity share of the company will be issued to every four equity shares held.
