Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd’s net profit increased by 72 percent on a quarter-on-quarter basis from Rs. 34.94 crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 60.23 crores in Q4FY24. Further, net profit increased by 86 percent year on year from Rs. 32.24 crores in Q4FY23 to Rs. 60.23 crores in Q4FY24.
The company has diversified products that serve a range of sectors, including industrial, oil and gas, infrastructure, and food processing markets. Its in-house resources provide the capability to engineer, design, manufacture, construct, commission, and service products and systems.
The company’s profitability measures show an incline in return on equity (RoE) from 12.89 percent in FY 21-22 to 13.65 percent in FY 22-23, while, during the same period return on capital employed (RoCE) increased from 17.32 percent to 17.57 percent. In contrast, the net profit margin (NPM) was 8.76 percent in fiscal year 22-23.
In the company’s recent shareholding pattern, the Promoters of the company own 38.93 percent while Retail shareholders own a 27.21 percent stake in the company, and Foreign Institutional Investors own a 1.70 percent stake.
