The shares of the machine manufacturing company hit 5 percent upper circuit of Rs 965.30 apiece after the company dispatched three VMC Machines with a value of Rs. 5.20 Crores. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 965.70 crore, the shares of Macpower CNC Machines Ltd were trading at Rs 965.30 per share, increasing around 965.30 percent as compared to the previous closing of Rs 919.35 apiece. 

According to the company filing, Macpower CNC Machines Ltd has dispatched three VMC Machines with a value of Rs. 5.20 Crores (average value per machine Rs. 1.73 Crore) to a large defence PSU. These VMC machines are utilized by defense PSUs to create various components for different guns. 

Looking into Macpower CNC Machines Ltd’s performance, revenue climbed by 25 percent from Rs 53.01 Crore in Q3FY23 to Rs 66.14 Crore in Q3FY24. During the same duration, net profit climbed by 101 percent from Rs 3.50 crore to Rs 7.03 crore. 

As of December 31, 2023, the organization has the highest-ever unexecuted order book, reaching Rs 2,364.40 million. As of December 31, 2023, the firm has 336 machine orders (combined for VMC, HMC, DCM, and VTL) under the NEXA vertical for luxury items. This accounts for 26% of order books with premium products in unexecuted orders. 

The stock has given a multi-bagger return of 224.25 percent in six months and 236.40 percent in a year. If an investor invests Rs 1 lakh in the company, it will be worth Rs 2.36 lakhs in one year. 

With approximately 27 distinct product divisions, 315+ models, and variations, the firm offers the most diverse portfolio among rivals. The company’s asset turnover is now 3x and may reach 5x in its existing facility, which is one of the highest among its rivals.
