The shares of one of the leading integrated marketing, advertising, and communications agencies hit a 5 percent upper circuit in the day’s trade upon receiving a new work order worth Rs. 16 Crores, from the Govt of Maharashtra, Punjab, and Bihar Tourism.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 154 Crores, the shares of Graphisads Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 83.95 per equity share, from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 81.75. 

What Happened 

Graphisads Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary Spike Advertising Private Limited have received multiple work orders from the Government of Maharashtra, the Government of Punjab, and Bihar Tourism for outdoor advertising projects across multiple states for a consideration of Rs. 16 Crores.

Financials & Ratios 

Its revenue from operations grew by 14.48 percent from Rs. 98 Crores in FY23 to Rs. 113 Crores in FY24, accompanied by profits of Rs. 6 Crores to Rs. 4 Crores. 

In terms of Return ratios, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 5.14 percent and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 11.7 percent. In terms of liquidity ratios, it has reported a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.09.
