Shares of this micro-cap company engaged in the supply of medical equipments surged by 19.9 percent on NSE to Rs. 71.95 on Thursday, after the company announced receiving orders worth a total of Rs. 113.85 crores from the Medical Education and Ayush Department, Mumbai.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 131.4 crores, at 02:12 p.m., the shares of Aprameya Engineering Limited were in the green at Rs. 245.8, up by 15 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 60.
What’s the News:
According to the latest regulatory filings with the NSE, Aprameya Engineering Limited secured two orders totalling Rs. 113.85 crores from the Medical Education and Ayush Department, Directorate Medical Education and Research, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The first order, valued at Rs. 84 crores, is for the supply of a Mobile CT – OmniTom Elite. The second order, worth Rs. 29.85 crores, pertains to the provision of a Modular OT Complex (4+2 OT). Both orders are to be executed on a Turnkey basis within 32 weeks of site handover.
An 80 percent payment of the contract value will be made upon material supply, with the remaining 20 percent due after the commissioning and installation for each of the aforementioned orders.
Previous Orders:
On 4th October, Aprameya Engineering Limited received a Rs. 38.8 crore order from the Medical Education and Ayush Department, Directorate Medical Education and Research, Maharashtra.
The order was for the supply of eight units of 3D Electro-Anatomical Mapping System (EP Lab) on a Turnkey Basis, to be executed in 32 weeks from the date of handover of the site.
Financials:
The company reported a decline in revenue from operations, experiencing a year-on-year fall of nearly 16.5 percent, decreasing from Rs. 78.12 crores in FY23 to Rs. 65.2 crores in FY24.
During the same period, the company’s net profit decreased from Rs. 5.4 crores to Rs. 3.5 crores, representing a decline of 35.2 percent YoY.
