According to the company filing, Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd’s board of directors has set Monday, April 02, 2024, as the “Record Date” for determining the entitlement of Equity Shareholders for sub-division/split of existing Equity Shares in 1:10, of the Company, such that 1 equity share having a face value of Rs. 10 each, fully paid-up, will be sub-divided into 10 equity shares having a face value of Re. 1 each, fully paid-up.
Looking into Bodhi Tree Multimedia Ltd’s performance, revenue climbed by 16 percent from Rs 11.13 Crore in Q3FY23 to Rs 12.90 Crore in Q3FY24. During the same duration, net profit declined by 69 percent from Rs 0.93 crore to Rs 0.28 crore.
The company has produced over 30 shows and 1500 hours of programming for major broadcasters and OTT platforms. BTL produces shows in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, and Bengali, with genres including drama, thriller, horror, comedy, and lifestyle.
