In Thursday’s trading session, the share price of a company engaged in providing software development and consulting services jumped by 4.07 percent on BSE to hit an intraday high at Rs. 19.93, after the company’s subsidiary bagged an order worth Rs. 2.54 crore from Asianet Satellite Communications Limited. 

At 11:47 a.m., the shares of Adroit Infotech Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 19.46, up by nearly 1.6 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 19.15, and has a market cap of Rs. 105.4 crore. 

The subsidiary of Adroit Infotech under the name of Verso Altima India Pvt Limited secured an order worth Rs. 2.54 crore from Asianet Satellite Communications Limited, as per the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges. 

The order from Asianet Satellite Communications is for SAP BRIM & CRM PortaI Managed Services, to be executed by 30th April 2025. 

Verso Altima India Pvt Limited, a subsidiary of Adroit Infotech, is a global innovative IT Services and Solutions Provider. 

On a year-on-year basis, the company’s revenue from operations stood at Rs. 7.71 crore in Q4 FY23-24, rising by 69.8 percent from Rs. 4.54 crore in Q4 FY22-23, while the PAT increased from a loss of Rs. 1.86 crore in Q4 FY22-23 to a profit of Rs. 1.83 crore in Q4 FY23-24. 

The return on equity (ROE) stood at 8.47 percent in FY23-24, down from 26.24 percent in FY22-23, as well as a fall in the Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) from 15.7 percent in FY22-23 to 9.76 percent in FY23-24. 

Adroit Infotech’s shares have delivered positive returns of about 24.2 percent in one year, and around 38.4 percent in the last six months. 

As per the shareholding pattern of March 2024, the Promoters hold a 38.45 percent stake, while the retail investors hold a 61.55 percent of stake in the company.
