The shares of the small-cap company jumped up to 7 percent after the company received a notification of awards (NOA) for the Supply of Plant and Installation Services worth Rs 131.19 crore. 

The shares of Ramky Infrastructure Limited were trading at Rs 586.95 per share, increasing around 4.31 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 562.70 apiece. The market capitalization of Rs 4,061.56 crore.

The shares of the company have seen bullish movement after Ramky Infrastructure Limited received Notification of Awards (NOA) from PowerGrid Energy Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited worth Rs 131.19 crore.

Moreover, this order is for the “Supply of Plant Contract (Contract Part I)” and “Supply of Installation Services Contract (Contract Part II)” for “Loss Reduction work under Results-linked, Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) in Leh District under the implementation of distribution of Infrastructure works of Ladald, Power Development Department (LPDD) under RDSS in the Districts of Leh & Kargil of UT of Ladak. 

Financial outlook:- 

Looking forward to the company’s financial performance, revenue soared by 1 percent from Rs 576 crore in Q4FY23 to Rs 581 crore in Q4FY24, but, during the same time frame, the company’s net profit plummeted by 94 percent from Rs 1,078 crore to Rs 58 crore. 

Ratio analysis:- 

The company’s critical ratios show that the return on equity decreased from 80.79 percent in FY22-23 to 17.97 percent in FY23-24, while the return on capital employed increased from 21.90 percent to 23.43 percent. The net profit margin (NPM) for fiscal year 23-24 is 14.86 percent.
