According to the BSE filing, Kalpataru Projects International Ltd and its international subsidiaries have secured a new order worth Rs. 2,217 Cr.
The details of the above order: The orders in the T&D (Transmission & Distribution) business of Rs. 1,993 Cr in India & overseas markets and the orders in the B&F ( Buildings & Factories) business in India of Rs. 224 Cr.
The company’s total revenue grew by 15.3% from Rs. 3,691 Cr in Q1 FY23 to Rs. 4,259 Cr in Q1 FY24 and the company’s net profit, increased by 28.4% from Rs. 88 Cr in Q1 FY23 to Rs. 113 Cr in Q1 FY24.
As per the latest shareholding data, Promoters hold 41.08%, FIIs hold 8.16%, DIIs hold 42.24% and the public hold 8.34% stake in the company.
