With a market capitalization of Rs. 976.39 crores, Rushil Decor Ltd. rose to an intraday high of Rs. 37.19 per share representing a 0.18 percent increase from its previous closing price of Rs. 37.12 per share.
Reason for the Rise:
As per recent exchange filings, Rushil Decor Ltd has announced a robust outlook for FY26, driven by the strategic rollout of its Jumbo Laminate Project and entry into the plywood market.
The Jumbo Laminate Project, located in Gandhinagar, is scheduled to commence operations by Q4 FY2025 with an anticipated production capacity of 2.8 million sheets annually. In its first full year, the plant is projected to yield revenue between Rs. 60 to 80 crore, with EBITDA margins in the range of 14 percent to 16 percent. Targeted mainly at export markets, including the USA and Europe, the jumbo-sized laminates are expected to strengthen the company’s international footprint.
In line with its product diversification strategy, Rushil Decor’s entry into the plywood segment is forecasted to contribute Rs. 12 to 14 crore in initial revenues, with the potential to scale to Rs. 45 to 50 crore in later years, focusing exclusively on the Indian market. EBITDA margins for the plywood segment are expected to range from 9 percent to 11 percent.
Financial Performance:
For Q2FY25 the company reported a net profit increase of 9.9 percent to Rs. 11.6 crores compared to Rs. 10.55 crore in Q2FY24, while revenue from operations marked an increase of 11.7 percent to Rs. 228.63 crores from Rs. 204.61 crores in comparison to the same period.
Rushil Decor’s revenue composition is led by MDF Boards, contributing Rs. 171.7 crore which is 75 percent of total revenue, reflecting a 14.8 percent year-on-year growth. Laminates contribute Rs. 50.3 crore which is 22 percent
of total revenue, with a 2.4 percent year-on-year increase, while other products, including PVC Boards and Plywood, account for the remaining 3 percent.
