With a market capitalization of Rs 461.52 crore, the shares of Frog Cellsat Ltd were trading at Rs 299 per share, increasing around 7.65 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 277.75 apiece.
According to the company filing,Frog Cellsat Ltd has received a letter of acceptance from ACES India Private Limited, a Licensed Neutral Host Operator in India and a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Communications and Electronics Systems Company, headquartered in Saudi Arabia, for the Design, Manufacturing, Supply, and Services of an Active DAS System for Noida International Airport. The transaction is one of the larger ones, has substantial value, and is likely to be completed during FY 24-25.
Looking into Frog Cellsat Ltd’s performance, revenue increased by 42 percent from Rs 31.13 Crore in Q4FY23 to Rs 44.46 Crore in Q4FY24. During the same time frame, net profit increased by 42 percent from Rs 4.64 crore to Rs 6.60 crore.
The company’s profitability measures show an decline in return on equity (RoE) from 13.38 percent in FY 22-23 to 11.47 percent in FY 23-24, while, during the same period return on capital employed (RoCE) decreased from 20.74 percent to 14.79 percent. In contrast, the net profit margin (NPM) was 9.58 percent in fiscal year 22-23.
It has a strong clientele base with well-known customers like Airtel, Jio, Nokia, Motorola, Huawei, Indus Towers, Siemens, Hitachi, ITI, Ericsson, Bharat Electronics, Larsen & Toubro, and many more.
Recently, the firm has announced that it has obtained a Letter of Intent (LOI) from L&T Technology Services for a consideration of Rs. 7.4 crores for the Design, Manufacturing, and Supply of the IBS System for Bangalore Metro (BMRC), which is expected to be completed within the Financial Year 2024-25.
