The shares of Microcap Textile Company, which manufactures, designs, and markets ready-made garments, surged and hit a 5 percent upper circuit in today’s trade after a DII bought around 10 lakh shares of the company.

The shares of Lorenzini Apparels Ltd, with a total market capitalization of Rs 206.25 Crores on Thursday, jumped and hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs 11.94 per share in today’s morning session. The shares have generated a return of 52.5 percent since it got listed in April 2023.

On March 5, 2025, the Domestic Institutional Investor Multitude Growth Funds bought around 9,91,730 shares at Rs 11.30 per share.

As per a press release dated March 5, 2025, Sandeep Jain HUF, promoter group of Lorenzini Apparels Ltd, had disclosed the sale of  9,83,194 shares of the company on March 3, reducing their stake in the company from 0.89 percent to 0.32 percent. The promoter group additionally sold 5,61,660 shares on March 5, reducing their stake even further.
