With a market capitalization of Rs. 19,500 Crores, the shares of Transformers and Rectifiers Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 1,300.45 per equity share, from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,238.55.
Q3 FY25 Results
Its Revenue from operations grew by 51 percent YoY from Rs. 369.35 Crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 559.36 Crores in Q3FY25 and it grew by 21 percent QoQ from Rs. 461.54 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 559.36 Crores in Q3FY25.
Its Net Profit grew by 253 percent YoY from Rs. 15.72 Crores in Q3FY24 to Rs. 55.48 Crores in Q3FY25 and it grew by 21 percent QoQ from Rs. 45.91 Crores in Q2FY25 to Rs. 55.48 Crores in Q3FY25. Its Net Profit Margin increased from 4.23 percent in Q3FY24 to 9.76 percent in Q3FY25.
Bonus Issue & QIP
The Board of Directors of Transformers and Rectifiers Limited have considered and approved issuing bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 where one bonus equity share with a face value of Rs. 1 will be issued to every one equity share with a face value of Rs. 1 being held as on the record date.
In addition, it is also going to raise funds that do not exceed Rs. 750 Crores through Qualified Institutional Placement.
