In Q1FY25, ace investor Vijay Kedia increased his investment from 2.04 lakh shares in Q4FY24 to 4.19 lakh shares, increasing his stake from 1.46 percent to 3 percent. Furthermore, Ace Investor increased his holding through Kedia Securities Private Limited, from 2.04 lakh equity to 2.59 lakh equity over the same period, increasing its ownership from 1.46 percent to 1.86 percent.

Financial analysis and revenue split:- 

Examining the company’s financial performance, revenue soared by 36 percent from Rs 110.64 crore in Q4FY23 to Rs 150.50 crore in Q4FY24, but during the same time frame, net profit plummeted by 39 percent from Rs 9.95 crore to Rs 6.03 crore. 

The company 84 percent of revenue comes from the sale of services, 8 percent comes from embedded leases, and 8 percent from other income.

Global Vectra Helicorp operates a fleet of 8 owned helicopters and 18 leased helicopters (16 on operating lease and 2 on finance lease), including Leonardo Helicopters with a seating capacity of 8 passengers, Airbus Helicopters with a seating capacity of 7 passengers, and Airbus Helicopters with a seating capacity of 6 passengers.
