In the Electric Vehicle L3 segment, there was a 45.98 percent decline from 585 units in Feb 2024 to 316 units in Feb 2025. Further, in the Electric Vehicle L5 segment, there was an increase of 582.50 percent year on year from 40 units in Feb 2024 to 273 units in Feb 2025. The EV L5 segment indicates the sales made by its subsidiary Atul Greentech Private Limited.

In its latest filing for the quarter ending December 2024, the company reported a 26.34 percent increase in revenue, reaching Rs. 194.99 crore compared to Rs. 154.33 crore in Q3FY24. During the same period, net profit increased to Rs. 7.12 crore in Q3FY25, compared to Rs. 4.47 crore in Q3FY24.

The company has a market share of around 4 percent in the domestic market share in the three-wheeler industry and makes up to a 3 percent share in domestic sales and exports as per CRISIL Ratings.
