At 11:12 a.m., the shares of Hatsun Agro Product Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 999.75 on BSE, up by around 5 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 952, with a market cap of Rs. 22,269 crores. The stock has delivered negative returns of around 17 percent in the last one year, but has gained by over 6 percent in one month.

According to the latest regulatory filings on the stock exchanges, Hatsun Agro Product Limited announced the financial results for Q1 FY26 on Friday after market hours.
For Q1 FY26, Hatsun reported a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 2,590 crores, marking around a 15 percent QoQ growth compared to Rs. 2,243 crores in Q4 FY25, and a year-on-year increase of about 9 percent from Rs. 2,375 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
The company’s net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 135 crores, reflecting a rise of around 214 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 43 crores in Q4 FY25, and a year-on-year marginal increase of about 3 percent from Rs. 131 crores recorded in Q1 FY25.
At the operating level, EBITDA stood at Rs. 361 crores during Q1 FY26, improving from Rs. 224 crores in Q1 FY25, and from Rs. 330 crores recorded a year ago. Meanwhile, EBITDA margins increased to 14 percent in Q1 FY26 from 10 percent recorded in the previous quarter. Additionally, the Board of Hatsun Agro has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share (600 percent) of the face value of Re. 1 per share for FY26.
Hatsun Agro Product Limited is the largest private sector dairy, manufacturing, processing, and marketing ice creams, milk, and milk products such as curd, ghee, SMP, etc., ready-to-eat products, and also cattle feed. The company sells its products under the brand names Arun Icecreams, Arokya Milk, Hatsun Curd, Hatsun Paneer, Hatsun Ghee, Hatsun Dairy Whitener, and IBACO.
