The shares of Micro-Cap company, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of various high-quality food products, jumped upto 5 percent upon declaring Q4 results with a 771 percent rise in Profit Year on Year (YoY).

With a market capitalization of Rs. 316.22 crores on Wednesday, the shares of Aveer Foods Ltd jumped upto 4.6 percent, making a high of Rs. 785.00 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 750.00 per share.

Aveer Foods Ltd, engaged in the manufacturing and selling of processed food products, has announced its Q4 results as follows. Its Revenue from operations rose by 6 percent YoY from Rs. 25.4 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 26.9 Crores in Q4FY25, and it declined by 2 percent QoQ from Rs. 27.4 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 26.9 Crores in Q4FY25.

Its Net Profit YoY rose by 771 percent from Rs. 0.07 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 0.61 Crores in Q4FY25, and it decreased by 26 percent QoQ from a profit of  Rs. 0.82 Crores in Q3FY25 to Rs. 0.61  Crores in Q4FY25.

The earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.51, compared to Rs. 2.04 in the previous quarter. The company maintains a low debt-to-equity ratio of just 0.07, indicating financial stability. Promoters hold more than 65 percent of the shares, reflecting strong confidence in the business. 

Along with it, the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per equity share (2.5% of face value ₹10 each) for the financial year 2024-25, subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
