With a market cap of Rs. 48 crores, the shares of Swojas Foods Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 15.46 on BSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 14.73.
The stock has delivered positive returns of around 10 percent in one year, and has gained by more than 4 percent in the last one month.

Swojas Foods Limited announced the financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on Saturday, 8th November 2025, as per the latest regulatory filings with the BSE.
For Q2 FY26, the company posted a revenue from operations of Rs. 35.25 crores, reflecting a sequential rise of around 12 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 31.4 crores in Q1 FY26, as well as a year-on-year increase of over 350 percent from Rs. 7.83 crores recorded in Q2 FY25.
During the quarter, Swojas Foods delivered a net profit of Rs. 0.4 crores, representing a significant increase of nearly 82 percent QoQ from Rs. 0.22 crores, as well as a significant growth of more than 33 percent YoY from Rs. 0.3 crores.
Additionally, the Board of the company has approved the proposal for fundraising of around Rs. 80 crores through the issuance of up to 4,84,84,500 convertible equity warrants to non-promoter allottees on a preferential and private placement basis, at an issue price of Rs. 16.5 per warrant, including a premium of Rs. 6.5 per warrant.
