This leading financial services company is in focus after reports have come up that the promoters of the company are looking to offload their entire 53.91 percent stake, and a global private equity firm, Warburg Pincus, is evaluating the buying options.

The promoter of Nuvama Wealth Management, PAG, is reportedly exploring the sale of its 53.91 percent stake in the company. In this context, leading global private equity player Warburg Pincus is said to be evaluating a potential acquisition of PAG’s holding. To facilitate the transaction, PAG is likely to engage JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley as financial advisors.

Through Pagac Ecstasy, PAG channels its strategic investments in high-growth companies, particularly within the financial services domain.

The company reported a 20.55 percent YoY increase in revenue from Rs. 929 Crore in Q4FY24 to Rs. 1,120 Crore in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 8.31 percent in revenue from Rs. 1,034 Crore in the previous quarter.

Their Net profit saw an increase of 40.88 percent YoY from Rs. 181 Crore to Rs. 255 Crore for the same period. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 1.19 percent in Net profit from Rs. 252 Crore in the previous quarter.
