During Wednesday’s trading session, the shares of one of India’s leading solar panel manufacturers and EPC service providers hit a 5 percent upper circuit, following the company’s announcement of an increased order value through a revised contract.
With a market cap of Rs. 1,177 crores, the shares of Ganesh Green Bharat Limited hit a 5 percent upper circuit at Rs. 474.6 on NSE, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 452.

Ganesh Green Bharat Limited has announced a revision in the value of a work order from Zetwerk Manufacturing Business Pvt. Ltd., Gujarat. According to regulatory filings with the NSE, the revised order pertains to the supply of 378.75 MW of solar PV panel modules and is now valued at approximately Rs. 620.64 crores.
The original order, received on 7th May 2025, was pegged at around Rs. 579.03 crores and is scheduled for completion within six months. With this revision, the total value of ongoing projects in Ganesh Green Bharat’s order book has risen to around Rs. 1,173.6 crores.

Ganesh Green Bharat reported a significant growth in the revenue from operations, experiencing a rise of nearly 62 percent YoY, increasing from Rs. 111 crores in H2 FY24 to Rs. 180 crores in H2 FY25. Similarly, during the same period, the company’s net profit increased from Rs. 15 crores to Rs. 17 crores, representing a growth of around 13 percent YoY.
As of H2 FY25, the company’s order book stood at nearly Rs. 1,140 crores, with around 70 percent coming from module supply contracts and the remaining 30 percent from EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
