At 12:09 p.m., shares of Suzlon Energy Limited were trading in green at Rs. 61.11 on NSE, up by around 3.2 percent, compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 59.24, with a market cap of Rs. 83,780 crores. The stock has delivered negative returns of around 8 percent in one year, but has gained by nearly 13 percent in the last one month.

Suzlon Energy Limited announced the financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on Tuesday during market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges.
For Q2 FY26, the company posted a consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 3,865.5 crores, reflecting a significant sequential rise of nearly 24 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 3,117.3 crores in Q1 FY26, as well as a year-on-year growth of around 85 percent from Rs. 2,093 crores recorded in Q2 FY25.
During the quarter, Suzlon Energy delivered a highest-ever quarterly net profit of Rs. 1,279.4 crores in 30 years, representing an impressive rise of more than 294 percent QoQ from Rs. 324.3 crores and nearly 538 percent YoY from Rs. 200.6 crores.
The company’s profit received a boost from a tax write-back (deferred tax) of Rs. 718 crores. However, excluding this one-time adjustment, the net profit still reflected a robust YoY growth exceeding 100 percent, underscoring strong underlying operational performance. As of Q2 FY26, the company reported the highest-ever domestic order book of 6.2 GW.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company reported a total segment revenue of Rs. 3,939.6 crore, with the majority contribution coming from the Wind Turbine Generator segment, which generated Rs. 3,240.56 crore, accounting for approximately 82.25 percent of total revenue.
The Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services segment contributed Rs. 575 crore, forming about 14.6 percent of the total. The Foundry & Forging segment added Rs. 120.8 crore, representing 3.06 percent, while the Others segment contributed Rs. 3.24 crore, around 0.08 percent.
Suzlon Energy Limited is primarily engaged in the business of manufacturing Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and the sale of related components of various capacities, project execution, power evacuation, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and power generation business.
