Inox Green Energy signs a long-term deal with a major Indian conglomerate for comprehensive O&M of 182 MW wind projects in western India, including scope upgrades and early contract renewals.

During Tuesday’s trading session, shares of India’s leading renewables operations and maintenance (O&M) service provider surged nearly 5 percent on BSE, after the company announced signing an agreement for the comprehensive O&M of 182 MW of wind projects.

At 10:32 a.m., the shares of Inox Green Energy Services Limited were trading in the green at Rs. 162.9 on BSE, up by around 4.6 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 155.65, with a market cap of Rs. 5,872 crores. The stock has delivered negative returns of about 15 percent in the last one year, but has gained by over 8 percent in the last one month.

According to the latest regulatory filings, Inox Green Energy Services Limited has entered into an agreement with one of India’s largest and most diversified conglomerates to provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services for 182 MW of operational wind projects housed under its renewable energy arm.

The projects are spread across multiple sites in western India and are connected to Inox Green’s common infrastructure. The contract will cover the entire remaining operational life of these wind projects.

The agreement involves the conversion of limited-scope to comprehensive O&M for 82 MW of wind projects, along with the renewal of comprehensive O&M services for another 100 MW of wind projects, much ahead of its due renewal.

Inox Green Energy Services reported a growth in its revenue from operations, showing a year-on-year increase of around 30 percent from Rs. 52.4 crores in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 68.4 crores in Q4 FY25. 

Similarly, it reported a decline in net profit over the same period to Rs. 6.44 crores from Rs. 20.6 crores, marking a fall of around 69 percent YoY. The company will announce its financial results for Q1 FY26 on 14th August 2025.

Inox Green Energy Services Limited is one of the major renewable power operations and maintenance (O&M) service providers in India with over 5 GW of renewable assets under management. The company is engaged in the business of providing long-term O&M services of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and common infrastructure facilities.
