Q3FY25 Results
The company reported a 29% YoY increase in revenue from ₹86Cr in Q3FY24 to ₹111Cr in Q3FY25. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 31% in revenue from ₹85 Cr in the previous quarter.
Their net profit declined by 37% YoY, decreasing from ₹41.67 Cr to ₹26.18 Cr for the same period. On a QoQ basis, the company reported an increase of 214 % in net profits from ₹8.34 Cr in the previous quarter.
EBITDA Margins stood at 39.77% for Q3FY25 compared to 30.20% for Q3FY24. PAT Margin was 23.62% compared to 48.32% for the same period.

With over 7+ decades of presence in India, the company has 18 properties with 1600+ key in 6 states and 5 brands.
The Average Revenue Per Room stood at ₹6,377 with 5% YoY growth, and the occupancy rate was at 65% with 0.8% YoY growth. The company has Capex plans for two of its hotels, the Orchid Hotel, Pune, and Lotus Eco Beach Resort, Goa. There are 6 different upcoming properties for the hotel chain.
Company Updates
The board has approved the acquisition of 10,000 Equity Shares of the face value of INR 10/- each of Chandi Hospitality Private Limited (“CHPL”), from its existing shareholders, representing 100% of the Equity Share Capital of CHPL.
During the previous year, one of the hotel properties had been transferred at an agreed price of ₹125 Cr, and the profit of ₹32.52 Cr has been disclosed as Exceptional Income.
